OUR CUSTOMERS value our technicians competence across different manufacturer brands, and utilize our services to eliminate multiple vendor visits for calibration and validation of product inspection equipment. By reducing the amount of visits required, our customers are able to reduce overall cost, and easily plan for and schedule their periodic validations and calibrations.

OUR TECHNICIANS are fully trained on a variety of checkweigher and metal detector manufacturer brands, with most of them receiving training directly from manufacturers of the equipment. We offer an alternative to manufacturer validations and calibrations. We have technicians that we can call on throughout the United States, which allows us to keep our travel expenses, and thus overall expenses, to a minimum. Our technicians have years of experience in manufacturing facilities working with product inspection equipment. We use certified and NIST traceable calibration weights, and certified metal detector test wands that are calibrated in a lab that meets ISO 3290 International Standard with standards coming from ISO 9001:2008 suppliers.
