Ceia Metal Detection Product Calibration Service
Need validation or product calibration for a Ceia Metal Detector? We can provide this service for you. Our experienced technician will arrive and meet with your leadership to discuss your current metal detection procedures and verification methods. After a period of time, they will begin the product calibration of your Ceia metal detectors in your plant. Upon completion of the validation, our technician will discuss operation of machine with your supervisors and operators, and make sure that everyone is comfortable with your Ceia metal detector. Prior to departure, you will receive calibration/validation documents for your records. These documents will also be available at any time, by request, electronically.

Validation Documents
On the day of the calibration or validation visit, our technicians will provide electronic documents to you showing that the equipment was left in compliance. These documents will be kept by CCS indefinitely, and will be available on demand, for future request or requirement.
Validation Sticker
All of our technicians will leave a validation sticker following validation and product calibration of all food and pharmaceutical checkweigher and metal detection equipment.
Ceia Metal Detector Training
For a small fee, our technicians can provide brief training for your operators on the use of your Ceia Metal Detector following a calibration visit. Please specify at time of quote request if you require more extensive training, and we can arrange for additional time for this to be provided as well.

When necessary, our technicians will make suggestions on ways that performance may be improved from your product inspection equipment.
