Ishida Checkweigher Calibration Service
Need a NIST Traceable calibration for an Ishida Checkweigher? We can provide this service for you. Our experienced technician will arrive and meet with your leadership to discuss your current checkweigher application and calibration methods. After a period of time, they will begin the calibration of your Ishida Checkweigher in your plant. Upon completion of the calibration, our technician will discuss operation of machine with your supervisors and operators, and make sure that everyone is comfortable with your Ishida Checkweigher. Prior to arrival, you will receive calibration documents for your records. These documents will also be available at any time, by request, electronically. Validation Documents
On the day of the calibration or validation visit, our technicians will provide electronic documents to you showing that the equipment was left in compliance. These documents will be kept by CCS indefinitely, and will be available on demand, for future request or requirement.
Calibration Validation Sticker
All of our technicians will leave a validation sticker following validation and calibration of all food and pharmaceutical checkweigher and metal detection equipment.
Ishida Checkweigher Training
For a small fee, our technicians can provide brief training for your operators on the use of your Ishida Checkweigher following a calibration visit. Please specify at time of quote request if you require more extensive training, and we can arrange for additional time for this to be provided as well.
