Metal Detector Training Classes

Our general training course is a combination hands on and classroom course. Our certified trainer will arrive and begin with a overall  general metal detector theory and/or checkweigher fundamentals training. This will allow you and your operators to understand the basics of balanced coil systems and load cells and why they function the way that they do. After a presentation, you will have the choice for a testing session on the information presented, or a questions and answers session. Our technician will then move out to your plant floor and train your staff on the metal detector or checkweigher brand and model that you have. We generally recommend that this takes place in multiple phases, having the operators, quality, and maintenance personnel all trained for their specific job functions.

With our brand specific metal detector or checkweigher training course, we will arrive at your facility and head straight to your plant floor. Our technician will walk your staff through the operation, troubleshooting, and options of your specific metal detector or checkweigher brand and model. We provide general training, as well as specific training for operators, quality, and maintenance personnel. If you have a lot of turnover, or if it has just been a while since your last training on your equipment, this may be a good option for you and your team.
